You know, I don't imagine that these men are more prevalent in the black community than any other; after all, statistically, it's rather improbable. I think, that because we've noticed that AIDS is hammering both black men and women, we realize that they're there, and need to figure out what to do to make the men realize what they're doing. But I don't know how you can make someone use prevention techniques when they're not willing to even acknowledge to themselves what they're doing. And it's utterly impossible to use a condom with your wife without letting her know what you're doing.
